FLT Refresher Training Course
Our FLT Refresher Training courses are designed to update operator knowledge, reinforce safe working practices, and help ensure continued competence when operating forklift trucks in the workplace.
Refresher training supports compliance with UK health and safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and PUWER 1998, and follows HSE guidance for maintaining operator competence.
The course is suitable for qualified forklift operators who require refresher training, reassessment, or re-certification.
Training typically includes:
- Pre-use inspections and defect reporting
- Safe operating procedures
- Load handling and truck stability
- Manoeuvring and reversing techniques
- Workplace transport safety
- Pedestrian awareness
- Review of common operator errors
- Practical driving assessment
