- Inspection of each water outlet to check for serviceability, cleanliness, and water flow temperature
- Creation of a detailed asset register documenting your water systems and the facilities they serve
- Development of a comprehensive schematic of the water system
- Evaluation of existing control measures and verification of their effectiveness and implementation
- Identification of potential risks associated with the water systems, occupants, and visitors
- Recommendations for any remedial actions that may be necessary
- Clear information regarding Legionella and relevant legal responsibilities
- An explanation of the levels of Legionella risk
- Issuance of a Certificate of Compliance upon completion
EPCs (Energy Performance Certificate Service)
Our comprehensive energy assessments evaluate a variety of key metrics to determine the overall energy efficiency of your property. These factors are carefully analysed and combined to generate a final Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). The assessment includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:
- The age, construction type, and size of the property
- Insulation, including the presence and quality of insulation in walls, floors, and loft spaces
- Lighting, specifically the use of low-energy or energy-saving bulbs
- Primary heating systems, such as boilers and heating controls
- Secondary heat sources, including renewable energy systems
- Windows, considering total area, orientation, age, frame type, draft proofing, and the presence of shutters
- Ventilation systems, including chimney flues, extract and supply fans, and passive stack vents
- Air pressure test results, if provided by the vendor
